We are a team of nails care professionals with high training, prepared to make experience with us a satisfying one. Our policy for mutual convenience of the Customers and nails Lounge are:

  • 10 days for any fix or repair Nails services.
  • More than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.
  • Diabetics or visible infection, will reserved the right to refuse services or performance at your own risk.
  • Le Luxé Nail Lounge will not be responsible for any consequence.
  • We have the right to refuse or stop service to any person with rude behavior or vulgar actions.
  • No loud phone calls are allowed.
  • Le Luxé Nail Lounge does not provide refunds on cash, will reconcile the issue with the service.
  • Our prices are available on the menu, please confirm the prices with the nail tech before receive any service.
  • Customer are fully responsible for personal belongings and will be liable for causing any damage to Le Luxé Nail Lounge property.
  • If you have kids, Le Luxe’ Nail Lounge requires that you provide proper care.
